Acute Integrative Homeopathy is Lisa Strbac’s unique approach to acute prescribing, combining core homeopathic principles with a wider practical toolkit to support acute illness, injury and emotional shock with structure, confidence and clarity.

PIHAP is a practitioner level training in Acute Integrative Homeopathy, equipping you to offer acute prescribing as a standalone service or integrate it into an existing holistic practice.
Please note: PIHAP qualifies you specifically within the scope of Acute Integrative Homeopathy. It does not cover constitutional or long-term chronic prescribing and does not qualify you as a classical homeopath. What is Acute Integrative Homeopathy?
Acute Integrative Homeopathy is our unique approach to acute prescribing. It teaches practitioners how to prescribe safely and effectively for short-term conditions, using repertorisation and materia medica alongside an expanded acute toolkit that includes tissue salts, flower essences, sarcodes, organ support and safe nosodes. This approach is structured, ethical and practical — designed to integrate homeopathy both into wider healing modalities and into the mainstream.
What's the weekly time commitment, and how is it assessed?
22 modules delivered January–May, with integration weeks built in to absorb the material, complete assignments at your pace and grow real-world confidence.
Each week you’ll need to commit to around 4-8 hours of learning structured as:
• Weekly pre-recorded video lessons
• 1 optional live Q&A (recorded for replay)
• Practical exercises, quizzes and casework to apply what you learn

What do I receive upon completion?
